BETA TESTER AGREEMENT

RESTORE THE ORDER · AN ALGORITHM GAME · VERSION BETA-2026-10-03

This is a temporary agreement for the closed beta. "We" means Troy Evans and SimpleNow, who make Restore the Order. "You" means the tester who checked the box.

1. WHAT IS SECRET

Everything in the beta that we have not shown the public yet. That means:

• The nodes, the story, the Rebels, the films and the music.
• Features, prices, plans and anything still being built.
• Bugs, glitches and how the game works on the inside.
• Your beta code and your access link.

2. WHAT YOU AGREE NOT TO DO

• No screenshots, screen recordings, videos or live streams of the beta.
• No posts about what is inside: social media, group chats, forums, Discord or anywhere else.
• Don't share your code or link. It is for you only.
• Don't copy, take apart or try to pull files out of the game.

3. WHAT IS OKAY

• Saying you are a beta tester for Restore the Order.
• Talking about anything we already made public, like the trailer and the website.
• Telling us anything, through REPORT A PROBLEM or by email.
• Sharing something if the law makes you.

4. YOUR FEEDBACK

Your reports and ideas help us fix the game. You let us use them to improve and sell the game, for free, with no need to ask again. Your account stays yours.

5. IT'S A BETA

Things will break. The game is given "as is." We can change it, reset progress or turn the beta off at any time.

6. HOW LONG IT LASTS

This agreement ends on the first of these: the day the game launches to the public, the day we tell you in writing that it is over, or 12 months after you agreed. The feedback part (section 4) keeps going after that.

7. IF IT GETS BROKEN

If you break this agreement, we can turn off your code and remove beta perks, like Founder status and RESTORE Bucks.

8. UNDER 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian needs to read this and agree with you before you check the box.
